Mandates stored with the member, collection run on the cut-off date, pre-notification by e-mail and a pain.008 file for your online banking. First and recurring direct debits handled automatically, returned direct debits with an optional fee.

Donations & donation receipts

Record cash donations, donations in kind and waived expense claims; receipts following the official German template as individual, collective or in-kind receipts — numbered consecutively, with the amount in words.

Organisation chart & offices

Board, portfolios and departments as a tree, offices with terms of office and a marker for authority to represent under § 26 BGB. Who held which office when? A reference date is all it takes.

Articles of association with versions

Articles of association, fee regulations and standing orders with all their versions: draft, adopted, registered. The comparison shows every change word for word.

Bank reconciliation included

Fetch account transactions directly from online banking or import them as a bank statement — incoming payments are matched to members and reconciled with open fees. The Banking module is included in the price.

General meeting

Agenda, invitation by e-mail with notice-period check, attendance with proxies, live quorum, resolutions with an automatically calculated majority and minutes as a PDF.

What does nordVEREIN cost?
The Club module costs €19 net per month including 100 members, €5 for each additional 100 members or part thereof; the Banking module for reconciling bank statements is included. On top comes the nordOFFICE base edition per user, i.e. for the people in the club who work with the software — not for every member.
How does fee collection by direct debit work?
You record the SEPA mandates with the member; nordVEREIN gathers the open fees on the cut-off date, sends the pre-notification by e-mail if you wish and creates a pain.008 file for your bank's online banking. Returned direct debits are recorded with an optional fee. No paid bank interface is needed.
Does nordVEREIN issue donation receipts?
Yes, as individual, collective and in-kind donation receipts following the official template — with a consecutive number, the amount in words and the details from your tax exemption notice.
